Terms of Service – Awakened Life Foundations 1 Course

By enrolling in the Awakened Life Foundations 1 course, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Participant”) and Awakened Life (“We,” “Us,” “Our”), based in the United Kingdom.

 

1. Course Access & Use

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the 5-week Foundations 1 course, including video content, resources, exercises, and access to our private community.
     

  • Course materials are for personal, non-commercial use only.
     

  • Sharing login details, redistributing materials, or making content public (including via social media, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
     

 

2. Intellectual Property

All course materials—including videos, workbooks, transcripts, branding, and associated content—are the intellectual property of Awakened Life and protected under UK and international copyright law.

  • You may not reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any part of the course without written permission.
     

  • Breach of this condition may result in termination of access without refund and potential legal action.
     

 

3. Refund Policy

  • This is a digital course with immediate access to protected content. Therefore, all sales are final.
     

  • No refunds will be issued unless legally required under UK consumer law.
     

 

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us constitutes a breach of these terms.
     

  • We reserve the right to challenge any chargebacks through your payment provider with evidence of delivery and access.
     

  • Continued access to the course and community will be revoked in such cases.
     

 

5. Community Conduct

  • Participants are expected to engage respectfully in our online community and coaching spaces.
     

  • Disruptive behaviour, trolling, spamming, or harassment will result in immediate removal from the group and course without refund.
     

 

6. Disclaimer

  • This course is designed for educational purposes only. We do not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
     

  • Participants take full responsibility for their actions, interpretations, and application of course material.
     

 

7. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued access or participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
     

 

8. Jurisdiction

  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
     

  • Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
